We are always excited to celebrate baptism at Lakeland! Whether you attend in-person or online, we have a plan to rally around you in this important decision. If you have committed (or would like to commit) your life to Jesus Christ and would like to be baptized, please submit the following questionnaire below.  Someone from the Baptism Team will follow-up with you shortly to provide more details.
