Q1 - Waiting can be one of the hardest things we face. How can we lean on Jesus during trying times instead of pushing Him away?

Q2 - Read Joshua 6:1-2. What does this passage reveal to us about God’s plans even despite hardships? 

Q3 - Pastor Jayson says he felt that Joshua should trust that the Lord delivered this new season to him and not waste the wilderness waiting. How can we find gratefulness, character, and true north in Jesus when we feel like time is wasted?

Q4 -Read 2 Corinthians 4:17-18. Why is faith so incredibly important during waiting? 

Q5 -Read Isaiah 30:15. Why is it important to talk to God in order to quiet our minds and gain confidence? 

Q6 - Read Proverbs 18:21. How can we position ourselves to hear God correctly? What do you need to let go of in the past in order to do this? 

Q7 - Pastor Jayson closes by saying, “obedience means you’re closer than you think.” Read Joshua 6:20. How can you take lies captive in your life and pursue the One that looks for your best interest?
